NWT-22KD relies upon micelle colloidal technology and does not depend upon pH or reagents such as caustics to clean surfaces. NWT-22KD will solubilize fuels, lubricants and many synthetics to soils and is highly filterable and reusable with an operating range from 50ºF to 130ºF.

NWT-22KD does not clean by reacting with cleaning surfaces but simply causes long chain hydrocarbon soils such as JA or JP fuels, cutting or other lubricants and other airborne soils to repel from the surface and release into a water rinse stream. While various factors such as solution strength, surface temperature, available agitation and dwell time each contribute to successful cleaning, the exact ratio of each may require repeated trial to determine the ideal mix for specific applications. Careful final rinsing until water break occurs will reduce surface spotting.

NWT-22KD is a low to moderate sudsing, highly concentrated High Tech Cleaner/Degreaser comprised of a ternary, non-ionic surfactant system which may be used in the most difficult cleaning situations for the removal of all hydrocarbon soils (petroleum derivatives, fats, oils, greases, lipids, proteins and sugars).

NWT-22KD will not react with other chemicals to create hazardous conditions. NWT-22KD is not a soap, detergent or solvent. NWT-22KD simply causes organic soils containing hydrocarbon molecules to repel from the cleaning surface and suspend in the NWT-22KD solution, so that it may be rinsed away with water.

NWT-22KD may be used on any surface that is compatible with water and for sensitive aluminum surface cleaning.

NWT-22KD can be used without protective clothing or any special handling precautions and may be stored indefinitely. It is safe to use, store, and dispose of.
